The purposes for which the Pakistani American Community of Atlanta (PAK Atlanta) is organized are to promote the awareness of and appreciation for the contributions of Pakistani American Community in the United States, to acknowledge achievement of Pakistani American Community, to encourage Pakistani American Community to participate in community services and the American civil rights process, and to engage in other activities that are within the scope of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any future United States revenue law.
Pakistani American Community of Atlanta is a non-profit, social and cultural organization to promote culture, languages and heritage of Pakistani Americans.
PAK Atlanta should serve community as, civil rights advocate, volunteer community services, and outreach to other communities as well as government bodies of USA and State of Georgia. Pak Atlanta to provide a common platform and voice to the Pakistani American community regardless of their Ethnicity, Religion and Language. The PAK Atlanta shall have all those powers enumerated within Section 14-3-302 of the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code, including the power to do everything necessary, proper, advisable or convenient for the accomplishment of any of the purposes set forth herein, provided the same are not forbidden by the laws of the State of Georgia.
